Why do I require an end-of-tenancy clean when I move out? +

Most tenancy agreements require you to organise an end of tenancy clean. This requires passing an inspection on the agreed move out date.

Should the property fail to meet the landlord or agency’s requirements, additional fees or deposit deductions are likely to be taken. Luckily Easy Clean guarantees a 100% inspection pass rate.

What’s the difference between deep cleaning and move in / move out cleaning? +

If you’re moving out or moving in, you need to book our end of tenancy cleaning service. This service is designed to cover everything you need to pass an end of tenancy inspection.

Our end of tenancy clean covers all extras and comes with a move in/out cleaning report including checklists and imagery. This service provides a 100% pass rate guarantee or we will return within 48hrs to rectify any issues.

Our deep cleaning service is designed from homes that are being lived in.

1. iDeal: We accept iDeal payments, which will be invoiced on the day of the cleaning session via email. It’s a hassle-free way to settle your bill securely and promptly.

2. Credit Card: Prefer using your credit card? No problem. We’ll place a hold
payment on your card until the completion of the cleaning. Rest assured,
your payment information is handled securely.

Can I book a one-off home clean with extras to cover an end of tenancy clean? +

No, this service will not cover you for any end of tenancy inspections. For more information on each service please see here.

How long does a move in/out clean take? +

For one cleaner, usually 7-10 hrs. Get double the cleaning power with our 2-person team at no extra cost and finish in half the time! Just select option via the booking form or contact via info@easycleanamsterdam.nl or call 085 109 1143.

What about cleaning supplies? +

We ask all clients to provide a vacuum & mop, as most of our cleaners travel by public transport or bike. Carrying a vacuum gets pretty tricky. Everything else we can cover, just select via the booking form. In the event you require equipment please contact us via info@easycleanamsterdam.nl for us to arrange.
