What’s the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning? +

Deep cleaning is thorough and takes longer to complete. It’s designed to remove the build up of dirt and limescale. The deep clean service includes the following extra’s: oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard. For more information on all our services please click here.

What’s the difference between deep cleaning and move in / move out cleaning? +

Our deep cleaning service is designed from homes that are being lived in.

If you’re moving out or moving in, you need to book our end of tenancy cleaning service. This service is designed to cover everything you need to pass an end of tenancy inspection. Our end of tenancy clean covers all extras and comes with a move in/out cleaning report including checklists and imagery. This service provides a 100% pass rate guarantee or we will return within 48hrs to rectify any issues free of charge.

What’s the difference in price between all our services? +

Our pricing is simple, transparent, and designed to offer you the best value for your money. Here’s why you should choose us:

How do I pay? +

We are a cashless service, offering the convenience of secure online payments. You can choose from the following options:

1. iDeal: We accept iDeal payments, which will be invoiced on the day of the cleaning session via email. It’s a hassle-free way to settle your bill securely and promptly.

2. Credit Card: Prefer using your credit card? No problem. We’ll place a hold
payment on your card until the completion of the cleaning. Rest assured,
your payment information is handled securely.

How can cleaners access my home if I’m not home? +

We can happily collect a key from a neighbour, key safe or estate agent (within reason). Just add to the comments section of the booking form.

How long does a deep clean take? +

For one cleaner usually 5-8 hrs, Get double the cleaning power with our 2-person team at no extra cost and finish in half the time! Just select via the booking form or contact via info@easycleanamsterdam.nl or call 085 109 1143.

What about cleaning supplies? +

We ask all clients to provide a vacuum & mop, as most of our cleaners travel by public transport or bike. Carrying a vacuum gets pretty tricky. Everything else we can cover, just select via the booking form. In the event you require equipment please contact us via info@easycleanamsterdam.nl for us to arrange.
