Can I book in ad-hoc? +

Yes, book any service that suits you & your schedule.

How long does a regular home clean take? +
This depends on the property size. On average between 3-5 hours. Get double the cleaning power with our 2-person team at no extra cost and finish in half the time! Just select the option via our online booking form.
What about cleaning supplies? +

We ask all clients to provide a vacuum & mop, as most of our cleaners travel by public transport or bike. Carrying a vacuum gets pretty tricky. Everything else we can cover, just select via the booking form. In the event you require equipment please contact us via info@easycleanamsterdam.nl for us to arrange.

How much do you charge? +

Our rates are transparent and based on time booked, not a fixed-price package.

1. Hourly Rates: €33–€45 per hour, depending on the type of service.

2. Per Cleaner, Per Hour: The rate is calculated per cleaner, per hour. For example, a 6-hour booking with one cleaner equals 6 hours total. If two cleaners are booked, it would be 3 hours each (still 6 total).

3. Scope & Condition: The time estimate is based on the home’s size and average condition. If the home requires extra time due to its condition, we’ll let you know before continuing.

4. No Hidden Fees: You’ll only ever be billed for the actual service time agreed upon.

Can I book a one-off home clean with extras to cover an end of tenancy clean? +

No, this service will not cover you for any end of tenancy inspections. For more information on each service please see here.

How do I pay? +

We are a cashless service, offering the convenience of secure online payments. You can choose from the following options:

1. iDeal: We accept iDeal payments, which will be invoiced on the day of the cleaning session via email. It’s a hassle-free way to settle your bill securely and promptly.

2. Credit Card: Prefer using your credit card? No problem. We’ll place a hold
payment on your card until the completion of the cleaning. Rest assured,
your payment information is handled securely.

Can I have a bespoke clean? +

Absolutely! Lots of our customers have unique requests. Set up your online account and you’ll have access to write bespoke instructions. Which will be available to your cleaner via their cleaning app.

How do cleaners access my home? +

This is totally up to you. You can either be at home or you can organise for your cleaner to clean your home whilst you’re out. After a few weeks you can also trust us with a spare key.

How often can I book a cleaning service? +

You can choose a frequency that suits your lifestyle. Most of our clients prefer a weekly or biweekly regular cleaning service. If you are unsure which is best for you, we can help you decide based on your house size and household activity.

Do I get the same cleaner every time? +

Yes. For our regular home cleaning service, we aim to assign a dedicated cleaner to your home. This ensures consistency and allows the cleaner to become familiar with your specific needs.

What does a regular cleaning include? +

Do I need to be home during the cleaning? +

Many of our clients provide their cleaner with a key or use a key-holding service. This is part of the convenience of a professional home cleaning service: you can go about your day and return to a clean home.
